Payment
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling by PayPal - the quick, easy and safe way to make online payments by linking to your debit or credit card. PayPal uses 24/7 data encryption and anti-fraud technology so you can rest easy that your transaction will be handled securely.
Delivery
(a) Timeframe
We aim to deliver your order within one week of payment - and usually considerably shorter than that.
(b) Areas served
We will arrange delivery to any UK postcode. For areas outside of the UK, please contact us separately to see if this can be feasibly arranged.
(c) Cost
Delivery costs are based on total weight of the order, which is automatically calculated at the Checkout. Our rates are:
- 0-1kg: £3.95
- 1-3kg: £7.95
- 3-5kg: £12.95
- 5kg+: £16.95
As we're based in Brighton & Hove, we will provide free delivery to any orders over £50 to locations within the city - be aware this will only show up at the last stage of the Checkout process.
(d) Secure delivery
If there is a chance you will not be available to take delivery, or there is no safe space in which your delivery can be stored, please email us after having placed your order to give us instructions for alternative arrangements.
Returns
We will only accept returns for products that have been damaged in transit. Please forward photos of any damage and contact us to arrange a free return and reimbursement of purchase price and associated delivery costs.
Item descriptions
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of artwork, as well as any accompanying mounts and frames (together described as the "product"). We also give approximate final dimensions (ie including mounts and frames as supplied) and the approximate weight (not including delivery packaging).
We will also include any remarks relating to age-related damage (e.g. tears, stains, creases) that we consider might visually detract from the product.
Returns/reimbursement of products will therefore only be considered for damage that has been sustained during delivery.
Use of personal data
We will only collect and securely store data necessary for processing your order and for communicating with you about its delivery/return. This may include the following information about you:
(a) Name (first and surname)
(b) Address
(c) Email address
(d) Contact phone number
(e) Bank details (via PayPal)
Data related to (a) to (d) may also be shared with third parties for the purpose of delivery/return of products and for keeping you informed as to the status of this.
